By the very nature of how a US vamp plug works I would guess the answer would be no.
Vamp plugs are getting harder to find in the US because they do not have the 3rd ground wire ability.
But in defense of the 240v vamp plug, in the US 240v is used for larger amp load items only which a vamp plug is not suited for.
If I'm not mistaken (and I frequently am), the only place vamp plugs are commonly used is in our hobby.
My guess is, as low voltage led/rgb becomes more popular in the US, vamp plugs will be discontinued.
